FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE OVER THE NORTHERN
HALF OF BURNET COUNTRY GENERALLY NORTH OF A STATE HIGHWAY 29 LINE. RADAR
ESIMATES GENERAL 1 TO 3 INCH RAIN AMOUTNS WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF 3 TO
4 INCHES. SINCE THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO REDEVELOP WITH
LITTLE MOVMENT...THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING REMAINS HIGH.
MOTORISTS TRAVELING THROUGH BURNET COUNTY SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION DUE
WATER OVER ROADS...FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND BLINDING RAIN.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
