IN EAST NEW YORK ...SARATOGA COUNTY AT 550 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF GALWAY. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST ABOUT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE NEAR - MILTON AT 610 PM. SARATOGA SPRINGS AT 630 PM. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF LARGE DANGEROUS HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING LOCALLIZED FLOODING. TAKE COVER IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH.
