IN EAST NEW YORK ...EASTERN FULTON COUNTY...WESTERN SARATOGA COUNTY AT 450 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTHWEST OF BROADALBIN. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST ABOUT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE NEAR - BROADALBIN AT 455 PM. 5 MILES NORTH OF GALWAY AT 520 PM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
