IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK ...NORTHERN DUTCHESS COUNTY...NORTHEASTERN ULSTER COUNTY AT 350 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTHWEST OF LINCOLN PARK. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST ABOUT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE NEAR - LINCOLN PARK AT 355 PM. LAKE KATRINE AT 405 PM. RED HOOK AT 420 PM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
