SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
 
   ...NORTHEASTERN MORA COUNTY
 
IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO

AT 900 PM MDT...STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHED FROM JUST EAST
OF ANGEL FIRE TO CIMARRON SOUTHEASTWARD TO NEAR ABBOTT...ALL IN COLFAX
COUNTY. ANOTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS 5 MILES EAST OF OCATE. THE
STORMS NEAR CIMARRON WERE GENERATING HAIL SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN MARBLE
SIZE AT 855 PM. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 10-15 MPH.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
