FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...MEIGS COUNTY
 
COUNTY OFFICALS WERE REPORTING THAT RACOON CREEK WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS
AND STILL RISING EARLY THIS MORNING. ALSO SEVERAL ROADS ACROSS THE
COUNTY WERE STILL COVERED BY WATER.
 
RAINFALL ACROSS MEIGS COUNTY HAS COME TO AN END FOR TONIGHT...AND
THEREFORE WATER LEVELS SHOULD BEGIN TO RECEED DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
 
MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPBS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A
SMALL ONE...ON FOOT. DO NOT DRIVE AROUND POLICE BARRICADES.
