THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...MEIGS COUNTY
 
AT 1220 AM...COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT STREAMS AND CREEKS WERE
STILL FLOODING IN WESTERN AREAS WITH SOME ROAD CLOSERS. ADDITIONAL
SHOWERS...SOME OF THEM LOCALLY HEAVY...WILL AGGRAVATE THE SITUATION
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.  LOCALLY ANOTHER HALF INCH OF RAIN
MAY BE SEEN...MAINLY IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE COUNTY.
 
MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A
SMALL ONE...ON FOOT. DO NOT DRIVE AROUND POLICE BARRICADES.
