FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...MEIGS COUNTY
 
AT 923 PM...RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM MOVING OVER WESTERN MEIGS
COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES 1 TO 1.25 INCHES OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.
THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. STRONGS RUN IS ESPECIALLY
AT RISK.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
