FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...GALLIA COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAINFALL FROM SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS HAS FALLEN OVER GALLIA COUNTY
THIS EVENING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE COMMON. THIS WILL
CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ON SOME STEAMS. SOME FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN
REPORTED ON RACOON CREEK. DUE TO THIS RAIN AND EVEN HEAVIER
RAINFALL UPSTREAM...SIGNIFICANT ADDITION FLOODING IS EXPECTED ALONG
RACOON CREEK.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
