IN OHIO ...MAHONING COUNTY...STARK COUNTY AT 1203 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF PORTAGE COUNTY. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY LARGE HAIL... GUSTY SURFACE WINDS...DEADLY LIGHTNING STRIKES AND DOWNPOURS HEAVY ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLOODING. ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED OVER STARK COUNTY...JUST NORTHEAST OF THE CITY OF CANTON. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
