FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 735 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL
RAINS OVER NORTHERN SUMMIT COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
25 MPH.
 
RAIN AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER SUMMIT COUNTY
THROUGH 830 PM AS THE STORMS MOVE THROUGH. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN IN SUCH A
SHORT TIME WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
