EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      EASTERN HOLT

AT 105 PM CDT HOLT COUNTY SHERRIFF REPORTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
ABOUT 8 MILES EAST OF O NEILL NEAR OLD HIGHWAY 108 MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 15 TO 20 MPH.

TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY...GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.  OTHERWISE
GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND
MOBILE HOMES...TAKE SHELTER IN A REINFORCED BUILDIDNG.
