EASTERN CARVER...SOUTHERN HENNEPIN... SCOTT...SOUTHERN RAMSEY...DAKOTA AND SOUTHERN WASHINGTON WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN... SOUTHERN ST CROIX AND PIERCE AT 830 PM A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM HAMMOND IN SOUTHERN ST. CROIX WISCONSIN TO WACONIA IN NORTHERN CARVER MINNESOTA....OR FROM 40 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF DOWNTOWN ST. PAUL TO 30 MILES WEST OF DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 30 MPH. FLOOD-PRODUCING RAINFALL IS OCCURRING. AVOID LOW PLACES. WATCH FOR DEADLY DOWNED-POWERLINE.
