- Avalanche and Flooding in Utah, January 7 to 12, 2005A stalled storm system just off the southern California coast was able to tap abundant tropical moisture from the central Equatorial Pacific Ocean and dump copious amounts of rain and wet snow on many portions of Utah.
- Avalanche and Heavy Snow in Utah, May 4 to 9, 2024A cold season type of trough and associated surface features moved through Utah in early May. Ahead of the system, strong synoptic wind gusts occurred throughout portions of the state. While wind gusts decreased following a cold frontal passage, precipitation increased.
- Flash Flooding and Flood in Utah, August 22 to 25, 2024There were gusty winds for different parts of Utah and flash flooding in southern Utah.

- Strong Wind in Utah, August 2, 2025Two individuals went out on the water at Willard Bay State Park on an inflatable raft during the afternoon of Saturday, August 2. Outflow winds from thunderstorms near the Utah-Idaho border pushed through Willard Bay. The winds threw two people off an inflatable raft.
- Strong Wind in Utah, April 2, 2003A powerful spring storm moved across the Great Basin and produced strong winds across extreme eastern Utah. Sustained wind speeds in the lower elevations ranged from 30 to 35 mph, with frequent gusts of 45 to 55 mph.
- High Wind and Strong Wind in Utah, July 9, 2004A mid-level plume of monsoon moisture moved up from Arizona into northern Utah and produced widespread high based thunderstorms over the area.
- Flash Flood and Heavy Snow in Utah, November 12, 2004A fairly mild storm system brought another round of significant precipitation to southwestern Utah. The storm produced enough rainfall to generate a flash flood in Brookside along the Santa Clara River in Washington County.
- High Wind and Strong Wind in Utah, May 10, 2004A very strong late season upper-level trough of low pressure and its associated cold front swept through Utah. Strong spring heating helped transport winds aloft down to the surface.
- Flash Flooding and Hail in Utah, September 13, 2023A brief resurgence of the active pattern resulted in scattered strong thunderstorms which resulted in reports of a landspout, hail, and flash flooding.
- Tornado and Flash Flood in Utah, April 11 to 14, 2026A complex system brought severe winds to much of northern UT with a brief tornado along the border of Cache and Rich counties. Later on, this system would result in a flash flood event across southern UT.
- High Wind and Strong Wind in Utah, October 28, 2013A slow-moving storm system moved into the Great Basin on October 28. The main impact in Utah was strong, gusty winds, primarily in the western half of the state.
- Flash Flooding and Damaging Winds in Utah, June 26 to 30, 2022An increase of monsoonal moisture resulted in multiple storms with microburst wind gusts in northern Utah, as well as flash flooding in portions of southern Utah.
- Heavy Snow and High Wind in Utah, April 28, 2004A strong late season cold upper-level low and its associated cold front moved through northern Utah. The front brought rain, locally heavy snow and widespread strong wind to the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Mountains.
- Strong Wind in Utah, April 8, 2005Strong winds behind a cold front ripped the roof off of a storage shed in Logan and blew down a utility pole. Damage to the shed is estimated to be $20,000.
- Strong Wind in Utah, June 7, 2005Strong winds buffeted northeast Utah, downing power poles and power lines in Vernal. Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph were recorded in the area.
- Damaging Winds and Strong Wind in Utah, August 14 to 15, 2025Most gusty outflow winds were throughout northern Utah.
- Flash Flood and Debris Flow in Utah, July 13 to 14, 2022An active summer setup resulted in multiple reports of weather incidents, including microburst related wind gusts in portions of Utah's West Desert, a landspout, and flash flooding which included burn scar debris flows.
- Damaging Winds and Strong Wind in Utah, September 9 to 10, 2023An influx of moisture restarted a brief active period moving towards the middle of September. As a result, the region saw a couple of days with scattered showers and thunderstorms, some of which produced strong gusty winds, with one producing a landspout.
- Strong Wind in Utah, December 6, 2025Wind gusts peaked around 50 mph in the Cache Valley when a tree fell on a coffee roasting building.
- Strong Wind in Utah, April 1, 2026A broad system moved across UT resulting in the development of widespread gusty winds across much of the state, though most impacts were observed in Millard County, UT.
- High Wind and Strong Wind in Utah, October 16, 2012A strong cold front moved into Utah on October 16, bringing a significantly colder airmass into the state. The main impact of this storm was the strong winds observed across northern Utah.
