Another shot of Arctic Air spilled in February 7th through February 9th. For the mountains, minimum wind chills of -20 to -30F were observed. For the central Maryland, minimum wind chills of -5 to -20F were observed. Areas along the I-95 corridor into southern Maryland saw minimum wind chills around 0F. The coldest wind chills were overnight.
