Social media reports with pictures of 0.4 inches of radial icing along the side of fuel pumps near Brewster. An additional report with picture of 0.25 inches of radial icing covering a fence post 1 NE Colby and along one side of tree branch. These were from persistent freezing drizzle and freezing fog.

A Facebook report of 5 E Clayton reported 0.5 inches of ice from a combination of freezing rain, freezing drizzle, and riming from freezing fog on a small tree branch was occurring. There was also the mention that several small tree branches were breaking from the ice. Law enforcement in the town of Norton also reported 2.5 inches of snow.

Multiple social media reports of radial ice accumulation of 0.2 to 0.5 inches accumulated on elevated surfaces and on the east side of the surfaces. These reports were from 7 SSE New Almelo and 2 E Hill City. The amounts based on the pictures were radial amounts. There was ongoing freezing rain, freezing drizzle, freezing fog and snow during the event. 2.5 inches of snow was reported 2 E Hill City.

Radial ice accumulation of 0.4 inches was observed at the NWS Goodland office along the eastern edge of a snow stick. This was the result of persistent freezing drizzle and freezing fog for the previous 24 hours. The Goodland ASOS also report 0.16 inches of ice. Additional 0.7 inches of snow was measured at the office as well.

A social media report from 5 SE Seldon along with a picture showed around 7/16 of radial ice accumulation from a mix of freezing drizzle, freezing fog and freezing rain. Reports of 3 inches snow was received via social media from 5 N Tasco and 5 SE Seldon.

A Facebook user located 5 WSW Monument Rocks relayed a picture of 0.25 inches of radial ice accumulation due to persistent freezing drizzle. The emergency manager also reported 0.1 inches of ice on tree limbs in town along with 0.5 inches of snow.
