The observer 11 miles west-southwest of Watersmeet measured 4.5 inches of wet snow in approximately 10 hours.
Snowfall totals on the 6th across Delta County included 8.5 inches at Bark River, 3-4 inches in the Gladstone-Escanaba area and 3 inches at Garden Corners.
A spotter in Spalding measured 4.2 inches of wet snow in less than 24 hours.
Observer snowfall reports over a period of just less than 18 hours ranged from around two inches near Lake Superior in Marquette to as much as 6-8 inches over the higher terrain towns and communities just west and south of Marquette.
The observer at Chatham measured four inches of wet snow in approximately 16 hours.
A spotter on the west side of Iron Mountain measured seven inches of wet snow in just over 12 hours along with slush-covered and slippery roads and bridges. The spotter also reported visibilities occasionally ranging from one quarter to one half mile in moderate snow.
