During the first week of July, drought conditions in the western third of Central and Southeast Phillips County were in (D2-Severe) conditions while the eastern two thirds of the county was in (D1-Moderate) drought. During the second week of July all of Central and Southeast Phillips County improved to (D1-Moderate) drought.
