A stream gauge on the Little River exceeded its established flood stage around midnight on the 21st and remained in minor flood conditions until the afternoon of the 23rd. The main impact was to lowlands along the stream and to Cascade Lake Rd, which was covered by more than a foot of water in spots. Total rainfall of 3 to 4 inches fell throughout the basin in a 24 to 36 hour period. The long duration of the flooding was partly due to backwater affects from the French Broad River, where minor flooding was occurring near Blantyre for much of this time frame (and continued into the 26th).

A stream gauge reported and NWS employee confirmed minor flooding developed along the Little Tennessee River in Macon County after 2.5 to 4 inches of rain fell in the basin in a 24 to 36 hour period. Roads impacted by flood water included Shady Ln, Sam Corn Rd, Riverside Rd, and Old Dairy Rd.

A stream gauge on the Rocky River near Irish Buffalo Creek exceeded its established flood stage after widespread rainfall of around 2 inches fell within the basin in about 24 hours. Multiple tributaries of the river overflowed and flooded roads, including Pharr Mill Rd and Stallings Rd.
