Low pressure crossed the Lake Superior basin on the 11th. Southwest flow ahead of the low resulted in lake enhanced snow off of Lake Michigan, heaviest in parts of Emmet County.

Six to ten inches of snow fell in central Emmet County during the day and evening of the 11th, heaviest in the Pleasant View area.
