A STRONG THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED OVER LAFE AT
148 PM CDT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OF OVER 1 INCH
ARE POSSIBLE.

PEOPLE IN CLAY...DUNKLIN AND GREENE COUNTIES...INCLUDING THE CITIES
OF CAMPBELL...MARMADUKE...PIGGOTT AND RECTOR...SHOULD MONITOR THIS
STORM CLOSELY.

Heavy rain produced flash flooding in Greenfield. Water came into a building at the Delta and Pineland Company. In addition, Highway 1 was flooded with water.

Heavy rain produced flash flooding on some roads on the south end of Jonesboro. A few cars were stalled due to the flood waters. In addition, flooding was reported near South Ridge Fire Department on Highway 158 east of Highway 163, 6 miles southeast of Jonesboro.
