WITH A CONSEQUENT INCREASE IN TSRA LATE AS UPPER WAVE BEGINS MOVING
OUT OF ROCKIES...AND WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH.  LOWS MIGHT BE A TOUCH
LOW GIVEN SFC WINDS BUT STILL IN THE BALLPARK.
