IN RESPONSE TO A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING INTO THE REGION.
THEREFORE...WILL LET THE HIGH WIND WARNING CONTINUE INTO THE MORNING
HOURS AS PLANNED. PRESSURE GRADIENTS SHOULD DIMINISH DURING THE LATE
MORNING AND AFTERNOON...ALLOWING WINDS TO SLOWLY DECREASE.
OTHERWISE...WITH AN UPPER TROUGH MOVING IN...FLOW ALOFT IS QUICKLY
BECOMING NORTHERLY ALLOWING COOLER AIR TO MOVE IN. A SERIES OF
DISTURBANCES IN THE UPPER FLOW WILL BE AFFECTING THE PENDLETON
FORECAST AREA ABOUT EVERY 12 TO 18 HOURS THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THIS
