RIDGE ALOFT CONT OVER SE US WITH MOIST LOW AND MID LEVEL FLOW OVER
CWA. AREA REMAINS UNSTABLE BUT WITH A LACK OF ANY STRONG TRIGGERS
FOR CONVECTION. EXPECT WEAK UPSLOPE FLOW TO BE ENOUGH FOR AT LEAST
SCT AFTN-EVE CONVECTION. DUE TO WEAK STEERING WINDS THERE WILL BE
LITTLE MOVEMENT OF STORMS THAT DO DEVELOP AND PRECIP WATER VALS ABV
ONE AND A HALF INCHES POINT TOWARD POSSIBLE RUNOFF PROBLEMS LATE
THIS AFN-EVE AND WED AFTN-EVE ALSO. WILL STICK WITH SCT CONVECTION
BOTH DAYS.

ON THU THE ETA BRINGS AN UPPER TROF SE TOWARD CWA WITH A COLD FRONT
