Three to five inches of rain fell in western Valley county from a nearly stationary complex of thunderstorms. Water levels rose on the Dane Creek southwest of Ord, and eventually spilled into the town. The creek was out of its banks for a short time at the golf course and Bussell Park. The city of Ord received 2.12 inches of rain.
