BOUNDARY MAKING SLOW/LITTLE PROGRESS SOUTHEASTWARD LAST FEW HOURS.
CURRENTLY NEARLY STATIONARY FRONT ABT ON LN FM NR KDXX TO KADC TO
EAST OF KINL.  SOME LOWER 60S DEWPT POOLING JUST SOUTH OF FRONTAL
BOUNDARY AROUND KILL AND KLJF TO KLXL...HOWEVER CURRENTLY LOW LEVEL
CONVERGENCE NOT AS STRONG DUE TO MORE SWLY SFC WND COMPONENT.
HOWEVER UPSTREAM S/W CIRCULATION VISIBLE ON WATER VAPOR IMAGERY IN
ERN WY/SWRN SD NOT HANDLED WELL BY MODELS BUT VERIFIED BY WIND
PROFILERS IN WRN HIGH PLAINS.  ALSO...ETA SHOWING AREA OF UPPER
LEVEL DIVERGENCE ASSOCD WITH RIGHT ENTRANCE RGN OF 90KT JET
SPREADING IN.  LOW LEVEL THETA-E RDG REMAINS OVER CWA WITH WEAK
THETA-E ADVECTION.  BELIEVE ETA HOWEVER MAY BE OVERDOING ATMOSPHERIC
MOISTURE A BIT SINCE PWAT INITIALIZATION HAS NEARLY 1.5 INCHES WHILE
ACTUAL 12Z ANALYSIS REVEALS PWATS AROUND ONE INCH...ABOUT ONE
HUNDRED PERCENT OF NORMAL AROUND THE AREA.  OF COURSE...NO MPX 12Z
