CONVECTION FROM CENTRAL MN INTO SERN SD.  MID LVL 65 TO 70 DBZ HAS
RESULTED IN FIRST WARNING IN KGYL AREA NEXT HALF HOUR.  SEVERE TSTM
HAS DVLPD RIGHT ALONG SFC BNDRY WHICH HAS...WL SUSPEND DISCUSSION AS
SVR TSTM WATCH ABT TO BE ISSUED.

WEAKENING MID LEVEL CIRCULATION OVER SRN CAN SWINGS SE NEXT WED AND
THU WITH WK MID LVL TROUGH AND STEEP LAPSE RATES HANGING
BACK...HENCE WL ADD CHC -SHRA TO N AND NERN PTNS OF CWA.  ENSEMBLE
PRECIP PROBABILITIES KEEP LOW PRECIP PROBS THROUGH THU AS WELL.
