Ash Avenue in Pewee Valley was closed by high water. Numerous other locations had water over the roadway. A woman and her two children were rescued from a car trapped by flood waters.
Flood waters closed Highway 146 near New Castle.
Hite Creek was out of banks and blocking parts of Hurstbourne Lane. Numerous other roads were covered with water.
