MODIFIED 12Z SOUNDING GAVE US AN LI OF -5 TO -7 AND A CAPE OF ABOUT
2000. HOWEVER...NO SYNOPTIC SCALE TRIGGER FOR CONVECTION. CANT RULE
OUT AN ISOLD TSRA OVR MTNS WHERE OROGRAPHIC LIFT MAY AID DEVELOPMENT
BUT THE CHC IS SO LOW THAT ITS NOT WORTH MENTIONING IN THE ZNS.
WILL HANDLE ANY ISOLD DEVELOPMENT W/NOWCASTS IF NECESSARY.
