GENERALLY BE 15 TO 25 MILES PER HOUR. SO KEPT MENTION OF BREEZY

Ice jams on Fish Creek forced water onto a stretch of County Road 74 from Lynn Camp to near Graysville. In the Moundsville area, ice jams on Big Grave and Middle Grave Creeks also produced some minor roadway flooding, especially along County Road 34. Ice jams on Big Wheeling and Turkey Run Creeks produced some minor roadway flooding near Viola.
