STALLS(?) AS A WAVE ROTATES AROUND LOW OVER GREAT LAKES. ASSOCIATED
LOW DEVEOPS AND MOVES FRONT ON THRU GA FRIDAY, THUS POPS BOTH DAYS.
ANOTHER WEAK SYSTEM HINTED AT SUNDAY. WILL LEAVE MENTION OF POPS OUT
