UPPER NOW LOW OFF THE NORTHERN CALIF COAST NEAR 40N TO DROP S OFF THE
COAST INTO TUESDAY MORNING AND THEN TURN EAST. 700 MB FLOW BECOMES
SOUTHERLY OVERNIGHT FROM AROUND MONO COUNTY NORTH WHICH SHOULD CUT OFF
THE HEAVY OROGRAPHIC SNOW IN OUR EASTERN SIERRA ZONES. MOISTURE WRAPS
AROUND THE LOW ON MONDAY BRINGING SOME MORE SNOW IN FROM THE SOUTHEAST
BUT AT THIS POINT IT LOOKS LIKE THIS WILL BE LIGHT. SNOW SHOULD MAKE
IT UP TO RENO AND POSSIBLY SUSANVILLE AND LOVELOCK. LOW MOVES AWAY ON
WEDNESDAY. MODELS ARE NOT IN MUCH AGREEMENT THEREAFTER. THE AVN/MRF
HAVE A LOW DEVELOPING OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST THAT COULD BRING
COOLING AND SOME SNOW TO OR NORTHERN ZONES THURSDAY. THIS DOES NOT
GET SUPPORT FROM THE OTHER MODELS. A COUPLE OF THESE HINT AT A TROUGH
COMING IN FROM THE WEST NEXT WEEKEND BUT FOR NOzW THE BEST FORECAST IS
