UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A STABLE 3-4 WAVE PATTERN WITH THE MAIN UPPER
LOW OVER THE NORTH PACIFIC PROVIDING A SERIES OF SHORT WAVES MOVING
INTO THE WEST COAST THROUGH THE WEEK.  THE FIRST DUE TO ARRIVE THIS
MORNING BUT CONDITIONS CONTINUE TO BE SLOW IN DEVELOPING AS THE
FRONT OFFSHORE WEAKENS WHILE MOVING EASTWARD.  WEAK ANTICYCLONIC
FLOW ALOFT MAY BE A FACTOR IN MITIGATING THE LOW LEVEL ENERGY.
NONETHELESS WILL CONTINUE WITH GALE CONDITIONS OVER THE COASTAL
WATERS BUT CONFIDENCE WANING. PRECIPITATION SHIELD NOW EVIDENT ON
RADAR AND SUSPECT FIRST BAND ARRIVAL AROUND 15Z-ISH.  A BIT OF A
SOAKER SETTING UP FOR CENTRAL CA AS THE NEXT WAVE MOVES THROUGH ON
FRIDAY ENTRAINING AN OLD TYPHOON...WITH A FAIR AMOUNT OF RAIN
EXPECTED TO SCRAPE OUR SOUTHERN ZONES AS WELL.  A BRIEF BREAK ON
SAT...THEN ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL TROUGH DIGS THROUGH ON SUN.  WILL GO
LIKELY ON SUN OVER THE SOUTHERN ZONES CHANCE ELSEWHERE. MON-WED
LOOKING A BIT WETTER ON THE NEW MRF RUN SO WILL BROADBRUSH CHANCE
FOR THIS PERIOD.  ALL SYSTEMS ON THE WARM SIDE WITH SNOW LEVELS
RUNNING ABOVE 5500 FEET.
