The advisory was upgraded to a Heavy Snow Warning for zone CAZ082 at 0930 on 12/22 in response to the first two reports above. In addition, a High Wind Warning was issued for CAZ081 at 0626 PST on 12/22. The warnings and advisory were expired at 1400 PST on 12/22. Based on the above reports, a Heavy Snow Warning should have been issued for CAZ080/081/082 along with a Wind Advisory for CAZ081.
