Hamlin of Lincoln County reported 85 degrees, with 84 at Madison, 83 at Logan, 82 at Charleston, 81 at Huntington, Parkersburg, and Sutton, 79 at Clarksburg, 78 at Philippi, 77 at Elkins, and 76 at Beckley.
