Washington Reagan National Airport reached a high of 85 degrees, and Dulles International Airport rose to 84 degrees, both shattering previous daily records by 8 degrees. Other high temperatures across Northern Virginia on the 8th included Sperryville at 87 degrees, Warrenton at 85 degrees, Winchester at 84 degrees, and Waynesboro at 83 degrees.
