A tropical wave caused heavy rains during the morning hours across most of the east and south sections of Puerto Rico. These rains produced flooding of several highways and landslides.

A tropical wave caused heavy rains during the morning hours across most of the east and south sections of Puerto Rico. These rains produced flooding of several highways and landslides. Rio Blanco in Naguago went out of its banks. A temporarily bridge in Guayama was swept away by rising flood waters.
