Heavy snow developed in the Front Range Foothills and portions of the adjacent plains. Snowfall totals included: 12 inches at Allenspark, 10 inches near Buckhorn Mountain, 8 inches at Estes Park, Hourglass Lake and Red Feather Lakes, 7 inches at Conifer and 4 miles south of Livermore, with 6 inches, 9 miles west-southwest of Rustic.

Heavy snow developed in the Front Range Foothills and portions of the adjacent plains. Snowfall totals included: 12 inches at Allenspark, 10 inches near Buckhorn Mountain, 8 inches at Estes Park, Hourglass Lake and Red Feather Lakes, 7 inches at Conifer and 4 miles south of Livermore, with 6 inches, 9 miles west-southwest of Rustic. Although the snowfall in the plains was not a great, generally ranging from 1 to 4 inches; it did cause problems. The heavy wet snow snapped branches from fully leafed trees, downing power lines and causing scattered outages.
