The weather front from a strong low over the eastern gulf of Alaska moved north while strong high pressure remained over the Canadian Arctic, producing blizzard conditions and strong winds over the Arctic Slope Coast. Deadhorse ASOS 56 mph sustained, gust 66 mph.
