The Arkansas River at Van Buren rose above its flood stage of 22 feet on November 11, cresting at 22.1 feet at 1201 AM on November 12. After falling below flood stage at 5 AM on the 12th, the river again rose above flood stage at 6 PM on the 14th, cresting at 22.3 feet at 3 PM on November 15.
