Heavy rain during the late afternoon and evening hours across northeast Meade and southwest Ziebach counties produced flash flooding along Brushy, Beaver, and Cherry creeks and the Cheyenne river . The emergency manager from Meade county reported some county roads had been washed out and that water was up to six feet deep in some locations in northeast sections of the county.
