Several inches of rain fell over already saturated grounds and flooding resulted. Water was two feet deep in a few locations. A few businesses were flooded, and cars were stranded when trying to cross the flooded roadways. Several roads had to be blocked off for over two hours, including 18th and 19th Street, and a section of Old US 78.
