A second coastal storm formed in less than 24 hours off the Mid-Atlantic Coast. As it moved northeast off the coast, it spread heavy snow across the local area.The snow began on Saturday, December 7th around 5 pm. By midnight on December 8th, snow accumulated 6 to 8 inches across parts of the area including Middletown in Orange County.
