Slow moving thunderstorms dropped 3.08 inches of rain within 100 minutes in Hamilton Square and caused flash flooding around the area. Sections of low lying roads were temporarily impassable. Motorists had to abandon their vehicles on about a half dozen of the worst flooded roadways in the township. No serious injuries were reported.
