Felt (IV JMA) at Tai-nan; (III JMA) at Hua-lien, Kao-Hsiung and Tai-chung; (II JMA) at Cheng-kung and I-lan; (I JMA) at Taipei. Felt throughout Taiwan. Felt (II JMA) at Ma-kung, Peng-hu. Also felt along the coasts of Fujian and Zhejiang Provinces, China. (reference #1053)
