October 25, 1967, 00:59:22.6 UTC, 24.5 122.2 E, magnitude 6.0. Two persons were killed at Hualien, 23 houses collapsed, and several structures were badly damaged. Heavy property damage also occurred at Ilan, about 25 miles southeast of Taipei. (reference #45)
