* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...Northeast New Jersey, Rockland and Northern Westchester Counties in southeast New York, and Northern Fairfield and New Haven Counties in southern Connecticut. * WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHAT...Minor to locally moderate tidal flooding is expected around the times of high tide from Saturday into Sunday. * WHERE...The Hudson River in Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Putnam counties in southeastern New York... * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor to locally moderate tidal flooding in low lying areas along the river around the times of high tide. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 612 AM EDT, Water levels along the Hudson River will increase with successive high tide cycles. The worst flooding is expected with the Saturday morning high tide. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
