...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Queen Anne's and Kent
Counties through 415 PM EDT...

At 341 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Rock Hall to near Overton to Grasonville.
Movement was northeast at 55 mph. This line of storms has a history
of producing wind gusts near 40 mph around Kent Island.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Centerville, Chestertown, Centreville, Rock Hall, Church Hill,
Millington, Sudlersville, Betterton, Old Town, Grasonville, Newtown,
Morgnec, Crumpton, Langford, Starkey Corner, Wye Mills, Massey,
Carville, Kennedyville, and Hope.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for eastern and
northeastern Maryland.
