Warning for the following rivers in Delaware...

For the Red Clay Creek...including Wooddale...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 5.5 feet, Flooding begins in adjacent open fields.
  At 7.5 feet, Barley Mill Road begins to flood. Brandywine Springs 
  Park floods.
  At 8.5 feet, Flooding begins near Old Capital Trail and Newport Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 5.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
