...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Calhoun, southwestern Ritchie, Wirt, northwestern Roane and
northeastern Jackson Counties through 315 PM EDT...

At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elizabeth, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elizabeth, Grantsville, Reedy, Cherry, Peewee, Palestine, Lucille,
Creston, Brohard, Macfarlan, Annamoriah, Leroy, and Munday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EDT for central, north
central and northwestern West Virginia.
